No! Soulstones are not capable of tracking your location. Instead, they work like little memory cards where you (or your recipients) manually input their pictures, notes, or locations anytime you share a memory. This allows each Soulstone to have a complete history and path of where it’s been and where it goes!

If this is your first time scanning any NFC, we recommend watching one of the following videos based on your smartphone device. Don’t worry, they’re quick!

• iPhone (NFC hotspot is always on middle top)
• Android (often the NFC hotspot for Android is middle back)

If you’re still struggling to scan, try the following tips and tricks:

• iPhones scan better when on the lock screen. Androids scan better when unlocked on the homescreen.
• Rub your phone’s NFC scanning hotspot in circular motions on Soulstone for a few seconds.
• If you have a case (particularly a thicker one), it can be helpful to take it off when scanning.
• Download an app designed to prompt your phone for scanning (we recommend GoToTags).

If none of the above has helped, we would be happy to further assist at our support channels or if defective, provide a refund or replacement!

Generally we like to say any event that you’d like to commemorate or connect with others are great uses of Soulstones! We’ve seen people use Soulstones for all kinds of fun situations:

Most modern smartphones are equipped with NFC capabilities, allowing them to interact with your Soulstone charms. For the best experience, we recommend using a smartphone that runs either:

• iPhone 11 with iOS 13 or later for iPhone users, or
• Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later for Android users.

iPhones 7, 8, and X are still all compatible with NFC scanning, but required a dedicated app to read the NFC tag.Before purchasing, please check your phone's specifications to confirm it has NFC functionality. If you're unsure about your phone's compatibility, feel free to contact our customer support at hello@soulstone.io, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Soulstones are battery-free, so you won't need to worry about charging or replacing batteries!

Average delivery for continental USA is approximately 3-7 business days, we also offer Priority shipping which arrives in 2-4 business days!

We take privacy and security very seriously. All data shared within the app is and stored securely, adhering to the latest data protection regulations. We do not share data with 3rd parties. We never use the app or Soulstone to track your location or read your data, outside of what you explicitly provide us.

Additionally, Soulstones offer the ability to be activated in public mode or private mode, meaning you can choose to share your memories with the world or keep them private to only those who physically scan your kandi!

We have a happiness guarantee! We stand behind the quality of our beads. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days for a return or exchange!
